Al Nassr have kept themselves in the Saudi Pro League title race thanks to a dominant 4-0 home win over Al Raed.

Cristiano Ronaldo's side closed the title gap to leaders Al Ittihad to three points, with their rivals still holding a game in hand, ahead of a tense run-in to the 2022/23 campaign.

Ronaldo got the ball rolling for the hosts, after just three minutes in Riyadh, as the Portuguese superstar confidently headed home Sultan Al-Ghanam's cross for his 12th league goal of the season.

Despite Al Raed showing flashes of fight, either side of the break, Abdulrahman Ghareeb's calm finish effectively ended the contest on 54 minutes, as Al Nassr eased on to victory.

The home side produced a final flourish in the closing 10 minutes, as three of their substitutes combined for two late goals.

Jaloliddin Masharipov teed up Mohammed Maran for goal No. 3, before the Uzbekistan international was on hand to assist Abdulmajeed Al Sulaiheem, for a brilliant fourth.
