September's Classroom of the Month is sparkling clean

We can’t believe we are already back in the classrooms celebrating September’s Classroom of the Month! We had a wonderful time kicking off the school year with Mrs. Tisdale’s Grade 3 Class at Rimbey Elementary School. 

For the first time ever, we had a custodian nominate this month’s Classroom of the Month. Kelly Burton said Mrs. Tisdale’s crew keeps their class incredibly tidy. When we visited, their class was absolutely sparkling! Apparently, they are very passionate about keeping their classroom neat and tidy and sometimes even argue about who is going to do the sweeping next. 

Coincidentally, many of her students say pizza is their favourite food. So we just knew we had to bring them a pizza party. We brought them delicious pizza from Boston Pizza Lacombe and AMAZING prizes from our wonderful sponsors this year. 

Mrs. Tisdale’s crew was so welcoming and gave us a beautiful card. They were also rocking out to Sunny 94 in their classroom! They had so many nice things to say about us and asked us some pretty good questions. Our mascot Sunny was so excited to show them his new Halloween costume which seemed to be quite a hit. Sunny also loved his great big group hug from the class.
