Inter Miami will take time out from their MLS schedule to take on Barcelona in a high-profile friendly.

The game will see Barcelona step up their preparations for the new campaign after they drew 1-1 with Olot in their opening pre-season game.

Inter Miami will be the home team for this game, with the fixture being played at their DRV PNK Stadium. 

The game will kick off at 1 a.m. BST on Wednesday July 20.

The club friendly from DRV PNK Stadium in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida is set to be available to watch globally on Barcelona's subscription service Barca TV+ in all territories.

In the United States, the match will be televised on TUDN, which is available to stream via fuboTV.

Who could feature for Inter Miami and Barcelona?

Inter Miami, owned by David Beckham and managed by Phil Neville, have several players who will be familiar to a global audience. Former Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain, for instance, came off the bench to score against Charlotte in their last game. They can also call upon ex-Arsenal defender Kieran Gibbs.

As far as Barcelona are concerned, Andreas Christensen is in line to make his first appearance for the club, while Franck Kessie should also be involved. It remains to be seen if the game will come too soon for recent arrival Robert Lewandowski, although another new signing, Raphinha, has travelled with the squad to the United States. Frenkie de Jong has also travelled despite interest from Manchester United.
