Coachella 2024: Fans rush in as gates open on Day 1 of festival

The gates opened around 1:20 p.m. Friday to welcome the first fans at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

There's no shortage of celebrities at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, and this year is no exception.

Here are some of the actors, social media personalities and models who have been spotted on and around the Empire Polo Club grounds in Indio during Weekend 1.

Paris Hilton

The queen of Coachella is back and sliving her best life. She posted a video from a golf cart on Friday letting fans know she was on the way to the Absolut vodka tent. Hilton donned a ruffled white dress, white flower crown and white sunglasses.

Megan Fox and Charli D'Amelio

Fans from all over the world were looking forward to Lana Del Rey's headlining set on Friday, including actress Megan Fox. She had a straw hat over her long blue locks and wore jean shorts, a white tank top and black jacket. She was snapped throwing up a peace sign with social media influencer Charli D'Amelio.

Emma Roberts

"American Horror Story" star Emma Roberts was spotted at the CELSIUS Cosmic Desert event at Coachella. She donned a simple green and white halved dress with brown cowboy boots.

Halle Bailey

Though singer Halle Bailey is not listed on the lineup for this year's Coachella, her sister Chloe Bailey is, so she was no doubt in town to watch her set (listed mononymously on the lineup as Chlöe). Halle attended the CELSIUS Cosmic Desert event on Friday, wearing a sparkly aqua-colored top, jean shorts and cowboy boots.

James Charles

YouTuber and make-up artist James Charles has become a recurring guest at Coachella festivals, and this year was no different. Charles, with full glam and a black two-piece outfit, snapped a few photos on the grounds earlier in the day.

Alessandra Ambrosio and Jasmine Tookes

Models Alessandra Ambrosio and Jasmine Tookes also hit the CELSIUS Cosmic Desert event on Friday. Ambrosio looked etheral in a long, white, open dress with lace details on it, while Tookes donned a tight-fitting black lace top paired with a black skirt.

Barry Keoghan

Academy Award nominee Barry Keoghan was seen walking around the CELSIUS Cosmic Desert event on Friday. Cameras also spotted him leaving Sabrina Carpenter's Coachella Stage set that same day. The two are rumored to be dating.
