Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the stars who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives in mid-October 2022, starting with this beauty…  On Oct. 14, Emily Ratajkowski was caught on camera making out with Orazio Rispo in New York City. (See photos here.) It's unclear how or when the model — who started sparking romance rumors with Brad Pitt in mid-August — first connected with the DJ and tech entrepreneur. On Oct. 18, E! News reported that, as far as the A-list actor is concerned, Emily is free to lock lips with whomever she pleases: "They were never exclusive or even really dating. … If an opportunity comes that makes sense to see each other, they will. But they are both completely single and seeing different people. … They are on the same page as far as that goes. They aren't expecting anything from the other," a source said, adding that the Oscar winner is "seeing a few different women right now." Said a People magazine source, "Em loves hanging out with Brad. And they will probably see each other again. It has never been serious, though. She is single and happy this way. She enjoys dating, but that's it. She is focused on [her son] and work. She doesn't want to jump into a new relationship. She was very upset when she filed for divorce [from Sebastian Bear-McClard]. She is in a much better place on her own now and wants to keep it this way."

Emma Watson called Tom Felton her soulmate in the foreword of his memoir, "Beyond the Wand: The Magic and Mayhem of Growing Up a Wizard," which debuted on Oct. 18. Wrote the English actress, "Like Tom, I always struggle to explain to people the nature of our connection and relationship. For more than 20 years now we've loved each other in a special way, and I've lost count of the times that people have said to me, 'You must have drunkenly made out, just once! You must have kissed! There must be something!' But what we have is far deeper than that. It's one of the purest loves I can think of. We're soulmates, and we've always had each other's backs. I know we always will." According to E! News, she went on to gush of their "true friendship," writing that the way Tom has "seen and loved" her over the years is "one of the greatest gifts of my life." Tom, meanwhile, wrote of the "Beauty and the Beast" actress, "I've always had a secret love for Emma, though not perhaps in the way that people might want to hear. That isn't to say there's never been a spark between us. There most definitely has, only at different times. … I don't think I was ever in love with Emma, but I loved and admired her as a person in a way that I could never explain to anybody else." The former co-stars have sparked romance rumors a number of times over the years

On the Oct. 19 episode of Facebook Watch's "Red Table Talk," Jana Kramer alleged that her ex-husband, Mike Caussin, cheated on her with more than 13 women over the course of their relationship. "There were flags in the beginning — he cheated a month into dating," she said, adding that she initially forgave him because she'd also "cheated in past relationships." The "One Tree Hill" alum went on to share that she once caught the former professional football player cheating by checking their phone bill and calling the numbers she didn't recognize. Later, while recapping her ex's propensity for lying, Jana claimed that Mike often refused to fess up to the truth after she caught him in a lie. According to the mother of two, he even lied in "The Good Fight," their 2020 book about how they managed to stay together — for a while at least! — after weathering several cheating scandals.

On Oct. 19, Megan Thee Stallion took to Twitter to shoot down rumors that her boyfriend of about two years, Pardison Fontaine, recently popped the question: "As nice as last night was, we are not engaged," she tweeted. The engagement rumors kicked off after the rapper was snapped wearing what appeared to be a massive diamond engagement ring following a fancy night out on the town with her beau. According to TMZ, however, Megan and Pardi were simply celebrating their anniversary, and the "engagement" ring was actually a stack of five diamond rings that the Grammy winner's stylist recently gifted her. Meanwhile, Megan took to social media to gush over Pardi in honor of their second anniversary, captioning a slideshow of photos, "Yr 2 with U." She also gushed of Pardi on Twitter, "My man so obsessed with me … love that for me."

On Oct. 17, The U.S. Sun reported that, according to a source, Leah Messer and Jaylan Mobley called it quits after she "saw material suggesting he was unfaithful." The insider added that the breakup has been "hard" for the "Teen Mom" star and her three daughters. That very same day, however, Leah seemingly dismissed the cheating allegations on Twitter: "While y'all are tripping on what the reason for the breakup is, we're solid. Refocusing and transitioning into better days ahead of us," she tweeted.

Romance, showmance or something else entirely…? On the Oct. 9 episode of "Watch What Happens Live," Andy Cohen offered to set up Ashley Darby and Luke Gulbranson after the mother of two revealed that a fan said she and the male model — whom she described as "hot" — should hook up. Just a few days later, the "Real Housewives of Potomac" star and the "Summer House" personality connected at BravoCon in New York City. "It was nice. We had a nice chat, and I look forward to chatting more throughout the weekend," Luke told People magazine on Oct. 15, adding that Ashley is "pretty." He told Us Weekly, meanwhile, that he and Ashley "had [a] friendly conversation" that was "actually really cute" as they left BravoCon together the previous evening. During a separate interview, Ashley told Us Weekly that she and Luke exchanged numbers and had been texting and "chatting it up" ever since. "He's a really nice guy and he's very cute," said the recently single reality star, who split from her husband of nearly a decade, Michael Darby, earlier this year. Later on Oct. 15, Ashley and Luke sent Bravo fans into overdrive when they posed together at the networks' After Dark party. (See photos here.) During a panel for "The Real Housewives of Potomac" the following day, Ashley said that she and Luke bonded over having "a lot of common interests," though she demurred when asked if anything beyond that went down between them. She also opened up to Us Weekly about learning to date again, noting that she's "barely touched the surface" when it comes to getting back in the dating pool following her split from Michael: "I have gone on a date or two, but it's still really foreign to me, especially dating with texting and all of that because when I started dating Michael 11 or 12 years ago now, it was just such a different time," she said. As for the current state of her relationship with her ex-husband… "It's certainly not easy," she said, adding that she tries to focus on "the good times" they shared so that they can co-parent effectively.

According to People magazine, Braunwyn Windham-Burke filed to divorce her estranged husband, Sean Burke, in Orange County, California, on Oct. 17. The "Real Housewives of Orange County" alum — who came out as a lesbian in late 2020 — cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and requested joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their minor children, with visitation rights for her ex. She's also asking for spousal support and for Sean to pay her attorney's fees. According to Page Six, Braunwyn listed their date of separation as Oct. 13, 2022, though she and Sean technically separated back in mid-2021 — a few months after she said they planned to remain married as she began dating women. "Braunwyn knew she needed to do this at some point to fully explore her life as a gay woman. She's excited for the future," a source told Page Six, adding that it was "obvious a divorce was bound to happen" eventually and that the former couple "will continue to put their family first as they navigate the split." Meanwhile, Braunwyn's long-distance love, Jennifer Spinner, is reportedly eyeing a move to Orange County so that the mother of seven won't have to choose between spending time with her girlfriend and her children. "Jen has met the kids and gets along with them well," said the Page Six source.
