A sea of green-clad party-goers flooded downtown London Friday for St. Patrick's Day celebrations. The shimmery shamrocks were on full display and the Guinness taps were being pulled on repeat.

Hospital officials in London are urging those celebrating to make safe and smart decisions, and police have ramped up patrols. But the luck of the Irish was alive and the dreary weather wasn't dampening spirits.

Here's a look at the 2023 St. Patrick's Day celebrations in London.
