Melissa McCarthy Brings Ursula Song to CinemaCon
Disney fans were in for a treat at CinemaCon as they got to see a sneak peek of Melissa McCarthy's portrayal of Ursula in the upcoming live-action adaptation of "The Little Mermaid". The comedic actress showed off her singing chops by performing the iconic villain's song, "Poor Unfortunate Souls".
The film, directed by Rob Marshall, also stars Halle Bailey as Ariel, Javier Bardem as King Triton, and Awkwafina as Scuttle. Fans are eagerly anticipating the release of the film, which is set to hit theaters on May 26, 2023.
